I was in a very dark place and had no real desire to live my life. I was unhappy and slept a lot. I didn't like myself. I was lost. I had no confidence and felt sad all of the time. I was very ill because of the situation too. Jo had coached my husband, so he suggested that I should try coaching with Jo too. Our first meeting was very relaxed. Jo was very easy to talk to. She is very kind and personable. She was very positive and encouraging. Each session was enjoyable. I looked forward to each meeting. She never rushed through our sessions. Jo changed my life in a big way. My husband and I even made the decision to move home. We downsized as the property we were living in was too much work for us both. This big change helped me become much more positive. We discussed changing lifestyle. She encouraged me to accept the people that I couldn't change and accept them for who they are.
